On November 28th, we conducted a workshop for final-year students on the topic
"Elevating Your Resume: Mastering the TUF Career Portal." During the session, we
provided valuable insights on how to create a comprehensive and effective CV on the
TUF Job Portal, ensuring students include all relevant details.
We also addressed key expectations from corporate recruiters, offering guidance on how
to excel in interviews, maintain a professional mindset, and adapt to workplace
environments. In addition, we delivered a brief session on enhancing one's profile to
present a polished, professional image.
Students were shown how to effectively input key information, including their academic
background, work experience, and skills, into the portal. Emphasis was placed on the
importance of uploading a well-crafted resume in PDF format to optimize their job search
efforts.
