On December 2, 2024, Placement Bureau organized a seminar for final-year students titled "The Importance of Interpersonal Skills in Professional Growth". The University of Faisalabad was privileged to host Ms. Aroma Tariq, Co-Founder of Techloset Solutions, as the guest speaker.

She shared her expertise on essential workplace skills, including effective communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, and teamwork. She emphasized their role in achieving professional success and offered practical advice for developing these abilities.

Students explored strategies to improve communication styles, resolve conflicts, and build rapport with colleagues and clients. Additionally, she also highlighted that how strong interpersonal skills enhance job interview performance, networking opportunities, and leadership potential. By the seminar's conclusion, participants gained valuable knowledge and actionable tips to strengthen these skills for long-term career growth.
