Mr. Asad Iqbal Sheikh (GM HR, Kamal Mills) addressed the Tufians on the Topic of '' How HR can help to uplift an organization's Core Competencies.'' During his Speech, He discussed Topics such as Hybrid work, Learning and Development, Diversity and Enclusion, Mental Health, Employee Empowerment, and revamped benefits. This Session session was attended by students from the Computational Sciences and National Business School, who actively participated and shared questions.
